We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations across our automobile showrooms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance with company policies, and efficient coordination between branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative activities across multiple showroom locations.
Supervise facility management, security, housekeeping, and office maintenance.
Ensure proper record-keeping, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with branch team for day-to-day operational requirements .
Monitor vendor management, office supplies, and cost control.
Handle staff administration,their attendance, and coordinate for company events hr events.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in administration (automobile industry preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multi-location operations effectively.
Willingness to travel regularly for branch visit to understand the requirements.
