We are looking for a responsible and organized Administration Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support academic and management teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning and maintain accurate records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain student and staff records (physical & digital)
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and correspondence
Coordinate with academic counselors, faculty, and management
Handle admissions-related documentation and verification
Manage attendance, leave records, and office schedules
Support HR activities such as onboarding and basic documentation
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proven experience in administration or office management (freshers can apply)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
