1) Supervise general administration and payroll functions liaison with municipal corporations / government offices oversee maintenance, vendors, service providers ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory compliances general administration, statutory compliances & liaison knowledge of / experience in payroll processing / any payroll software.
2) Coordinate with labour contractors and ensure proper manpower planning
4) Support employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
5) Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and behavioral training.
6) Maintain training calendars and records. Evaluate training effectiveness.
7) Oversee day-to-day administration including housekeeping, transport, and security.
8) Monitor and manage vendor contracts for admin, security, and office supplies.
9) Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Maintain facility upkeep including infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
10) Manage corporate gifting for clients and employees during festivals and key events. Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, budgeting, and timely delivery.
11) Maintain records of all gifting and promotional inventory.
12) Handle end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and senior leadership.
13) Coordinate visa processing, hotel bookings, ground transport, and reimbursements.
14) Maintain travel policy compliance and vendor SLAs. Manage AMC contracts, office utilities, and service providers.
