Hiring Administration head!!!

Job Role:

Oversee the daily administration and operations of the company Handle vendor relationships, negotiation, and finalization of contracts. Monitor procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Maintain cost-effective purchasing and timely inventory management. Ensure company compliance with statutory and safety regulations. Oversee documentation, record maintenance, and filing systems. Manage licenses, agreements, renewals, and statutory documentation. Manage company assets, equipment, and inventory. Plan and coordinate office repairs, renovations, or expansions. Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with standards. Prepare and monitor the admin budget. Oversee tender preparation Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Track admin expenses and ensure timely bill processing.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
