Required Female Candidate for Administration Job:

? Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per pre-defined

formats (latest version).

? Maintenance of attendance records and notifying the concerned authorities

? Providing support to other departments and managers.

? Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.

? Ensure clean office environment.

? Take initiative in MDs absence

? Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines

? Arrange essential mail in priority action order for superior

? Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play

? Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed

? Routinely re-order department supplies

? Update mail/phone directories

? Office supplies are made available to trainees as per the guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
