We're seeking a Supply Chain and Administration Executive to manage vendor relationships, handle price negotiations, and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services. You'll play a key role in optimizing vendor performance and securing the best pricing for the company.
Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management
: Identify, onboard, and maintain vendor relationships. Ensure timely deliveries and compliance, vendor verification, and vendor finalization.

Price Negotiation
: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost savings.

Procurement Support
: Process purchase orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate with internal teams.
?
Documentation
: Keep accurate records of orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
?
Compliance & Quality
: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.
?
Process Improvement
: Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives.
?
Conduct market analysis for price comparison.
? Ensure the vendor offers adequate maintenance services and responsive after-sales support
.
?
Visit vendor locations for assessments and coordination.
?
Liaise with internal departments (IT, Accounts, Pantry) for verification and adherence to approval protocols.
?
Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, maintaining integrity, honesty, and confidentiality at all times.
?
Draft and review contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards.
?
Prepare and manage the purchase department budget.
? Oversee file management and vendor records.
? Manage daily office operations, including facility management and administrative support. Supervising housekeeping activities.
? Manage office supplies inventory and place timely orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
? Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal/administrative requirements.
? Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative deliverables.
? Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
? The candidate should be well-groomed and presentable, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
Qualifications
:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Experience
: 2-3 years in procurement or vendor management.
Skills
: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement skills. Familiarity with office management systems, record-keeping, and reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees,vendors and inter departments.
