We are looking for an experienced Administration Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and provide efficient administrative support. The role includes coordinating office activities, maintaining documentation, managing communication, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Manage and update physical and digital records and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and official correspondence.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, and equipment requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, handle purchase orders, and assist with invoice processing.
Provide administrative support to HR, Accounts, and Management teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and perform basic data entry tasks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Support in organizing office events, training sessions, and activities.
