Job Description

The

Admin Coordinator

ensures seamless office operations by managing assets, coordinating maintenance, overseeing vendor relations, and providing day-to-day administrative support. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient, organized, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities



1. Office Maintenance & Repairs





Coordinate repairs for office assets (computers, furniture, ACs, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure timely resolution of issues.

2. Asset & Inventory Management





Maintain and update asset registers; conduct periodic audits. Manage stock of stationery, office supplies, I-cards, and visiting cards; oversee issuance.

3. Vendor Coordination





Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for services (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.). Process vendor invoices and ensure cost-effective solutions.

4. Administrative Support





Handle courier/dispatch services and utility bill payments (mobile/data recharges, electricity, etc.). Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

5. Workplace Environment





Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Implement and monitor office policies for efficiency.
