The deserving Candidate must have knowledge of day to day operations of an international BPO or Call Centre.
Must be available from Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST( Winters), 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST (Summers).
Previous experience within an International phone based Customer service or Call Center environment will be looked upon favorably.
Required a Customer Service executive with the ability to work in an Internationally dynamic fast paced environment. The Associate has to Deal with Australian Customers and Insurance Companies; hence must have solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Good PC and Customer service skills are also essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communication via phone and emails with Insurance Companies and Clients (current and potential) in Australia.
Other Ad hoc Administrative duties as required by the business.
The role includes maintenance of data and able to converse with international clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The candidate should be well versed in MS Office, Google suite and computers savvy.
Excellent communication skills of verbal and written English is mandatory.
Excellent command over the English language (written and verbal).
We are looking for an executive with minimum experience of 3 years in office administration
Minimum Qualification- Should be a Graduate.
Prior International BPO Experience would be an advantage.
