We are looking for an Administration Executive to manage day-to-day school operations. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, vendor management experience, and basic IT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
Handle vendor management, rate negotiation, and timely material/service delivery.
Oversee purchases related to events, activities, maintenance, and school requirements.
Coordinate extracurricular and event-related procurement and logistics.
Maintain records, bills, purchase files, and inventory.
Act as an IT SPOC, supporting basic IT-related issues (added advantage).
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration.
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
Basic IT knowledge preferred.
Graduation in any stream preferred.
