Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel & Accommodation Management:
Plan, coordinate, and book travel arrangements (air, rail, bus) for staff, management, and guests.
Manage hotel bookings and ensure appropriate accommodation is arranged for visiting doctors, consultants, or dignitaries.
Coordinate with travel agencies for competitive pricing and quality service.
2. Transportation & Car Booking:
Arrange car rentals, pick-up and drop-off services for staff and visitors.
Maintain a roster of drivers and ensure vehicles are well-maintained and available when required.
3. Office & Facility Management:
Supervise daily upkeep and cleanliness of the hospital's administrative offices.
Take initiatives for beautification of office spaces, reception areas, and waiting lounges (plants, decor, wall art, etc.).
Manage relationships with facility maintenance vendors (housekeeping, electricians, plumbers).
4. Vendor & Purchase Coordination:
Negotiate with vendors for best pricing for travel, hotels, office supplies, and maintenance services.
Ensure timely procurement of office essentials and consumables.
5. Administrative Support:
Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses.
Oversee front desk/reception operations and guest management.
Assist in organizing hospital events, conferences, or staff welfare activities.
6. Compliance & Record Management:
Maintain records of travel, accommodation, and vehicle expenses.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and health & safety standards.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per month
