Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Maintain candidate and employee records accurately.
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Handle employee database management and documentation (personal files, HRMS updates).
Support in preparation of HR reports and MIS data.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Support in conducting exit interviews and employee retention analysis.
4. Compliance & Administration
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
Maintain compliance records and assist in labour department inspections.
Coordinate with external consultants and auditors as required.
5. Performance & Policy Support
Assist in performance appraisal process coordination.
Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure adherence to organizational culture and values.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline [Master's or Bachelors degree in HR preferred]
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
