to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualification
:
B Com/ M Com
Skills: Tally, MS Office
Key Responsibilities: Data Entry
Enter accurate data into spreadsheets, accounting software, and databases.
Maintain and update company records and files.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Accounts Support
Assist in basic accounting entries and documentation.
Handle billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Support the finance team in preparing financial reports or statements.
Maintain petty cash records and receipts.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
Manage files, documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.
Support in scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing office communications.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software (Tally or similar).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Professional and courteous attitude.
