We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and ensure efficient operation of Skylark office premises.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Management:



Oversee daily office operations and procedures. Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped. Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

Staff Supervision:



Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and training.
?

Administrative Support:



Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Financial Management:



Manage office budgets and expenses. Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
?

Compliance and Policies:



Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain office records and filing systems.
?

Event Coordination:



Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Manage logistics, including catering, venue setup, and technology needs.
?

Communication:



Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
