Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

housekeeping

activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises. Coordinate

event management

tasks such as office functions, meetings, and company events. Handle

document management

including filing, record-keeping, and processing

legal or compliance documents

. Perform

outdoor office work

, such as submitting documents to government offices, banks, or vendors. Manage

billing-related tasks

, including verification and processing of administrative bills and vendor payments. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs. Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for employees. Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative requirements. Support management in planning and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
