Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, maintain a tidy environment, and manage office assets.

Communication:

Handle internal and external correspondence, calls, emails, and act as a primary contact.

Record Keeping:

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, documents, and databases.

Procurement & Supplies:

Monitor office supplies, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare reports, presentations, and other crucial documents.

Support Functions:

Assist with basic HR tasks (attendance, leave), budget monitoring, and special projects.

Process Improvement:

Develop, review, and improve administrative systems and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent organization, multitasking, time management, communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability.

Experience:

Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.

Education:

Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Technical:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
