Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female Administration Executive to support the smooth functioning of our IT company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist in office management, and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for office requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when required.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office-related documentation.
Actively participate in company social media activities and support online engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an IT or tech company.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Active presence on social media platforms and familiarity with professional social media engagement.
