Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for global parents and students, addressing queries with professionalism.
Manage daily administrative tasks, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in coordinating school activities, meetings, and events.
Handle student admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow of information between departments.
Support the leadership team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email handling).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Hardworking, committed, and willing to work 6 days a week.
