Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations and general administrative support.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, courier deliveries, and mail.
Maintain and update company records and files (both physical and digital).
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed; coordinate purchases with vendors.
Liaise with service providers for office maintenance and basic facility-related tasks.
Support HR and other departments in internal events and team activities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and basic travel arrangements.
Work with housekeeping and pantry staff to ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Prepare workstations and basic materials for new joiners.
Manage petty cash and assist in tracking small day-to-day expenses.
Ensure office equipment is in working order and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under limited supervision.
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools.
Experience handling vendors or support services.
Owning a two-wheeler or personal transport is preferred
for local errands and vendor coordination.
