As an Administration Executive, you will be responsible for achieving the company's business objectives by efficiently managing administrative operations and ensuring the effective use of human and material resources. This role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, and fostering an employee-friendly, organized, and productive work environment. You will collaborate with all internal departments, external consultants, government bodies, vendor partners, and employee stakeholders.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

  • Oversee office operations including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and cafeteria operations.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee procurement processes.
Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and service-level compliance.
Documentation & Record-Keeping
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative documents such as certificates, reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Support financial processes related to procurement and expense documentation.
HR & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and legal regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to converse fluently in Hindi and Kannada.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Emotionally balanced, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Effective negotiation and active listening skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and resourceful individual who performs well under pressure.
