About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized
Administration cum Sales Coordinator (Female)
for our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
IT industry
and will be responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining efficient client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and assist in sales coordination activities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communication in coordination with the sales team.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely execution of sales and operational tasks.
Maintain documentation, reports, and CRM updates for client and sales records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting management with administrative requirements.
Track leads, maintain client databases, and ensure smooth internal communication.
Provide administrative support for management and team requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory:
2-5 years of experience in
IT industry
(administration or sales coordination roles).
Education:
MTech, BTech, BCA, or MCA.
Must be
fluent in English
, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Professional attitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
