Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, front office management, and student/parent counseling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Duties: Manage office files, records, and documentation. Handle correspondence (emails, letters, notices). Maintain Reports, and other administrative data. Coordinate with staff, management. 2. Reception Duties: Greet visitors, parents, and students in a polite and professional manner. Maintain front desk records (visitor log, appointments, phone calls, inquiries.). 3. Counseling Duties: Provide counseling to students/parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, and institutional policies. Handle admission inquiries, explain course details, and guide through the enrollment process. --- Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Good organizational and multitasking ability. *Experience in admin/reception/counseling roles preferred.
