Coordinate and support the CEO in all administrative and operational tasks.
Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and meeting schedules.
Handle daily office operations, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Maintain confidential company records, files, and documentation.
Follow up with branch teams and departments on pending tasks and reports.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, reviews, and staff communications.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination for senior management.
Support HR and administrative functions when required.
Prepare MIS or performance updates as instructed by the CEO.

Experience in NBFC / financial / service industry preferred

6 Days a Week (Sunday Holiday)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
