This role is vital in ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both our field and in-house teams.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and administering service schedules, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and accessible. You'll build strong relationships with customers, Channel Partners, and Area Sales Managers, acting as a key point of contact for service-related communications and follow-ups.
We're seeking someone with a strong technical background and excellent organisational skills. You'll need to be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly across teams, and maintaining high standards of service documentation. Your ability to understand technical schematics and use service systems will be essential.
