Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing office operations, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, including processing invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations. Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. Manage office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment. Assist with payroll processing and employee records management. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as onboarding and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Commerce. Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting and administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
