Position Overview
The Admin cum Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing the front office
operations, ensuring smooth administrative functioning, and maintaining a professional and
welcoming environment for visitors and employees. The role involves handling housekeeping,
security coordination, vendor management, and supporting day-to-day administrative
activities in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage front desk operations including visitor management, call handling, security, gate
pass and correspondence.
2. Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure workplace cleanliness, safety,
and discipline.
3. Oversee office maintenance, and general administrative procurement.
4. Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and service providers for timely support.
5. Manage AMCs, renewals, signages etc
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in handling front office, Admin (housekeeping, and security
operations).
2. Strong administrative and coordination skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
