About the Role
We're looking for a
dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative & Operations Associate
to support the smooth functioning of our Salt Lake office.
This is a
hands-on role
that combines in-office administrative duties with essential on-field tasks. You'll be at the heart of daily operations -- ensuring everything runs efficiently, both inside and outside the office.
Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration & Clerical Support
Documentation & Filing:
Handle data entry, document preparation, scanning, and record-keeping (physical & digital).
Inventory Management:
Track and manage office supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
Communication & Dispatch:
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries.
Reporting:
Draft official letters, memos, and reports using MS Word and Excel.
2. Operations & Field Coordination
Outdoor Tasks:
Carry out essential external work -- visits to banks, post offices, and government offices for official submissions and payments.
Vendor & Facility Coordination:
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for smooth day-to-day functioning.
Logistics Support:
Manage local travel, courier, and delivery arrangements for office operations.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
0-1 year in admin/operations roles (freshers with strong organizational skills encouraged).
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and Email communication
.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and reliable attitude
Mobility:
Must be comfortable with
local travel (within Kolkata)
for office work.
Bonus:
Valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license preferred.
