QNQ Healthcare Private Limited is looking for an Administrative Assistant to coordinate with landlords and handle franchise-related queries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with landlords on lease matters, documentation, and maintenance.
Handle franchise-related queries and support documentation.
Maintain records of leases, franchise agreements, and correspondence.
Assist with reports, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contact lists and employee directories.
Input data into various databases and software systems.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Freshers will be considered provided found shootable.
Immediate Joiners and Candidate settled at Villupuram or Willing to relocate will be given preference.
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
