Day-to-day administrative support and office coordination
Maintain basic accounts and books (training will be provided if needed)
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field technicians
Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Manage documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Assist management in daily operational tasks
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Telugu is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Organized and responsible attitude
Ability to coordinate with field teams effectively
