Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain filing systems both digitally and physically
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
