Key Responsibilities:
Handle
daily office operations
and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Maintain
records, files, and documentation
(physical and digital).
Manage
phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
professionally.
Assist in preparing
quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports
.
Maintain office inventory, track material requests, and handle vendor coordination.
Support HR functions such as
attendance, staff coordination, and joining formalities
.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.
Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in admin or office support roles.
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented.
