Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Manage purchase activities including vendor follow-ups, quotations, and purchase order (PO) preparation and signing.
Coordinate procurement of materials, office supplies, and services as per company requirements.
Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and payment status.
Liaise with departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
Support management in documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred). Freshers are ok
Smart, active, and organized with good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email correspondence).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
