Maintain and manage office files, records, and documentation.
Prepare Quotation, invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and other reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally.
Assist in coordinating with vendors, clients, and logistics.
Maintain stock/inventory records of raw materials and consumables.
Support HR and accounts with daily administrative tasks.
Track and manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Schedule meetings and follow up on internal and external communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any stream) or relevant diploma.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
; knowledge of
Tally or ERP
is a plus.
Good communication skills (English and Tamil).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
