Supply and inventory:
Managing office supplies and inventory, ordering new stock as needed, and keeping the office environment organized.
Communication:
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail.
Scheduling:
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for staff members.
Financial tasks:
Performing basic accounting duties, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
Record keeping:
Maintaining organized filing systems and accurate records, including both physical and digital documents.
Support:
Providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with tasks for human resources, such as onboarding or maintaining employee records.
