We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Procurement Executive to manage daily administrative operations and procurement activities. This role requires ensuring smooth office functioning, effective vendor management, and timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities management, and housekeeping.
Manage office assets, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees.
Support HR and management in organizing meetings, events, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and statutory requirements.
Procurement
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms for cost-effective procurement.
Process and track purchase requests, purchase orders, and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office and project supplies.
Build strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods/services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
