: We're seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team in a hybrid work setup. This role offers flexibility with work-from-home arrangements, with occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Administrative tasks, data management, and client communication - Proficient in MS Office, presentation creation, and template management - Make outbound calls to clients and respond to queries Work Arrangement: - Work-from-Home (WFH) with occasional in-person meetings (once a week) at Amanora, Hadapsar, or Magarpatta - Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Working Days: Monday to Sunday - Week Off: Wednesday or Thursday Compensation: - Salary: ₹20,000 per month Requirements: - Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
