We are seeking a responsible and proactive Administrative Executive to support our loan operations and assist with daily administrative and field tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making client calls, collecting payments, handling legal documentation, and managing government-related tasks. A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Make reminder calls to clients for interest payments and follow-ups.
Visit clients to collect payments and deliver receipts.
Maintain records of client communications and collections.
Visit government offices for tasks such as rental agreements, sale/purchase paperwork, notarizations, etc.
Assist in basic office tasks, filing, and documentation.
Handle local errands and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Should possess a valid driving license for both two-wheeler and four-wheeler.
Must be well-versed with the local area and government offices.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Trustworthy, punctual, and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
