The NOC Admin is responsible for preparing, applying, and coordinating all No Objection Certificates required for buildings, societies, construction projects, and government approvals. The role ensures smooth documentation, timely follow-ups, and compliance with all legal norms.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit applications for NOC related to building construction, renovation, fire safety, water connection, electricity, society NOC, etc.
Coordinate with government departments, municipal authorities (AMC/Corporation), fire department, and other regulatory bodies.
Maintain all legal documents, approval records, and compliance files.
Follow up regularly for approval status and ensure timely NOC issuance.
Assist clients/management with required paperwork, forms, and declarations.
Verify property documents, agreements, and related legal papers.
Handle site visits (if needed) for inspection-related requirements.
Maintain database of NOC applications, renewals, and pending approvals.
Communicate with vendors, consultants, or contractors for required documents.
Ensure all processes comply with local building rules & regulations.
