Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Manage office documentation, data entry, billing, and file organization
Maintain records of sales, installation, and service-related documents
Coordinate with the sales team and installation technicians for smooth workflow
Assist in preparing reports and managing office supplies
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good communication and organizational skills
