We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized
Administrative Assistant
to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Organize travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Pay: ₹14,346.42 - ₹25,847.76 per month
