Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Management
Maintain accurate records of company assets including IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies
Track asset allocation, movement, and condition across departments
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets
Support periodic asset audits and inventory checks
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services
Track vendor service schedules and ensure timely delivery
Maintain vendor records, quotations, and invoices
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice processing and payments
Festival & Event Management
Assist in planning and executing festival celebrations and internal events
Coordinate decorations, gifts, food arrangements, and logistics
Manage event timelines and support budget tracking
Ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activities
Employee Attendance Management
Maintain daily employee attendance records
Update leave, shift, and attendance data in HR systems or Excel
Share attendance reports with HR and management as required
Onboarding Support
Assist in employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Coordinate ID cards, system access, assets, and welcome kits
Support HR in induction programs and policy communication
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in administration / office support / HR assistance
Basic knowledge of asset and vendor management
Good organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in attendance management or HR operations
Exposure to employee engagement or event coordination
Familiarity with HRMS or attendance systems
