Key responsibilities and duties



Communication and coordination:

Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to emails. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and book rooms.

Record keeping and data management:

Create and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Perform data entry and manage databases, including updating records and compiling reports.

Office management:

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Handle general office duties and keep the workspace running smoothly.

Documentation and reporting:

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Take minutes at meetings.

Financial support:

Process expense reports and invoices, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Travel and logistics:

Make travel arrangements and book accommodations for staff.

Other duties:

Provide support to other departments and team members as needed. Assist with event planning and coordination.

Essential skills and qualifications



Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in office management software and other computer applications.

Excellent time management and ability to multitask.

Attention to detail.

Discretion when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
