Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle emails, scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational needs.
Assist in basic HR, procurement, and logistics coordination.
Content Creation & Marketing
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Blog, etc.).
Write and edit articles, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visuals, reels, or infographics.
Conduct basic keyword research and apply SEO best practices for digital content.
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy.
Assist in brand communication and online reputation management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any qualification
0-1 years of experience in an
administrative or content creation role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
and basic tools like
Canva

Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
