Clean the office premises daily (dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms, etc.).
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
2. Hospitality & Support
Serve water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms for appointments and presentations.
3. Administrative & Clerical Assistance
Dispatch and collect office correspondence/documents.
Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
Deliver and receive mail/packages/couriers and maintain proper logs.
Help in organizing files and documents in physical and digital form.
4. Errands & Office Assistance
Bank-related errands (cheque deposits, collections, etc.).
Purchase of office supplies from local vendors when required.
Assist different departments with basic support activities.
5. Miscellaneous Tasks
Provide additional support to team members during peak workload.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Experience:
0-2 years in a similar role preferred.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.).
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
Good hygiene and polite attitude.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
