Job Summary:



The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workplace, overseeing facilities and asset management, and coordinating events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Office Management



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering.

2. Facilities Management



Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and ensure equipment functionality.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

3. Asset Management



Track and manage the allocation of office equipment and assets.

Maintain a record of equipment distribution and ensure timely return of assets.

4. Vendor and Contract Management



Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate service contracts.

Ensure adherence to contractual terms and monitor vendor performance.

5. Event Coordination



Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.

Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and venue setups.

6. Health and Safety



Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Maintain emergency preparedness plans and oversee periodic safety drills.

7. Records and Documentation



Maintain administrative records, including asset logs, expense reports, and visitor logs.

Organize and update office documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:



Graduate degree in any field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
