We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Executive to handle quotations, documentation, and correspondence-related tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative operations by preparing accurate documents, managing records, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
as per company guidelines.
Draft, proofread, and format
official letters, emails, and reports
.
Maintain and organize
documentation, files, and records
(both digital and physical).
Assist in
data entry, filing, and maintaining administrative databases
.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for document submission and approvals.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all correspondence and documentation.
Support in preparing MIS reports, maintaining logs, and handling day-to-day office communication.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and other office activities when required.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
2-5 years
of experience in administrative or documentation roles.
Experience in quotation preparation and letter drafting will be an advantage.
