Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our solar company's operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with site teams, assist with KSEB-related paperwork, and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities at the office and field level.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.

Assist with KSEB related paper works and ensure smooth execution of daily activities at office and field level

Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.

Support staff and visitors with administrative requirements.

Prepare basic reports, letters, and data entry tasks.

Qualifications:



Minimum: Bachelor's degree (preferred B.Com or BBA)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prior administrative experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
