Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin assistant (Male candidates Preffered) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. Handle front-office tasks such as visitor management, calls, and couriers. Maintain office supplies, pantry items, and inventory tracking. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs. Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, onboarding setup, and ID cards. Oversee meeting room schedules, office cleanliness, and seating arrangements. Track and maintain office assets, stationery, and consumables. Assist in event coordination, employee engagement activities, and celebrations. Handle travel arrangements, tickets, and accommodation bookings when required. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and security standards within the office. Support management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks.

as per office operational requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Office Administration / Front Office / Facility Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Languages Required:

Kannada, English, and Hindi

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
