Role & responsibilities
Administration:
Oversee office administration including facilities, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and logistics.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (IT coordination, seating, assets, supplies).
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to administration and safety.
Maintain records, agreements, and licenses required for smooth operations
HR
Managing attendance and maintaining employee records.
Driving employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Conducting onboarding for new hires.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
