Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Executive
(fresher or early career) to support daily office operations. The role will involve handling administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and assisting with basic accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration (documentation, filing, correspondence).
Support HR and recruitment coordination when required.
Handle vendor coordination and office supplies management.
Assist in maintaining basic accounting records (invoices, expense tracking, petty cash).
Coordinate meetings, travel, and office events.
Provide general support to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Management/Administration preferred.
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
